Aligned with the theme of the event, the following key topics will be discussed: People centeredness; Integration of care; Innovative provision models; Financial sustainability; and Population Health Management.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">For European hospital managers and indeed hospital managers worldwide, the EAHM congress is an excellent forum to discuss issues that impact hospitals and public health and also an opportunity to network, share good practices and expertise with colleagues.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #177191;\"><strong>Precise medicine for better patient outcomes &#8211;\u00a0A HOPE roundtable<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>On 27 September 2018, in Estoril (Portugal) during the 27th European Association of Hospital Managers Congress, HOPE was organising a session \u00ab\u00a0Precise medicine for better patient outcomes\u00a0\u00bb, chaired by HOPE President, Eva M.
