What is the biggest challenge in the drug development process?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

On 25 November, FEAM European Biomedical Policy Forum organises a discussion on how we can accelerate the process of drug production in the European Union.<\/span><\/p>\n

Professor Jaap Verweij, Member of the Royal Dutch Academy of Sciences and Director of the Cancer Drug Development Forum, Antonella Cardone, Director of the European Cancer Patient Coalition, Professor Carin Uyl-de Groot, Professor of Health Technology Assessment and Director of the Institute for Medical Technology Assessment at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, and Cristian Silviu Bu\u0219oi, Member of European Parliament, will look at how the EU drug development could function more efficiently, identifying challenges and lessons learned to date, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/span><\/p>\n
